Major - Theme - Redesigned labels, new menu, and updated appearance
Major changes to:
- Page header;
- Page footer;
- Menu;
- Home page;
- Consistency with content specifications and information architecture for version 2.0 of Canada.ca (revised on January 31st, 2019).
New features:
- Double spacing for lists;
- Adjustable list;
- Design template for an associated figure;
